Reiki
Reiki is an ancient art of using the universal force to activate our potential for self-healing, for becoming whole. It is easy to use, natural, and a very powerful tool in our spiritual unfolding. It originated in Tibet and was discovered by a Japanese scholar, Dr. Misao Usui, in the 19th century.

Reiki
always adjusts to the needs of the receiver. It detoxifies the body and
raises the vibration of the whole energy system. The energy's inherent
wisdom will find the cause of an ailment and will harmonise body, mind,
emotions and spirit as needed. It usually relieves acute pain and problems
quickly, while chronic complaints may take longer to respond.

Attunement
Process that empowers you to literally take your Healing into your own
Hands.
It
activates and increases your natural ability to heal yourself and to accelerate
someone else's healing process by transferring energy to him or her through
your hands. There are three levels or degrees in Reiki, with specific attunements
for each degree. Traditional initiation ceremonies are carried out by a
Reiki Master and an energy transfer through spiritual forces attunes you
to the flow of the Reiki energy.
The initiation for the first degree starts to open you permanently to the universal ray we call Reiki. It enables you to channel Reiki through your hands for yourself and for others. As part of the course, you will learn about the Chakras system and how to cleanse and protect your energy field, and how to give Reiki sessions using a chair, including chakra balancing, mental and emotional clearing and mothering issues, and how to give a full session using a plinth.
The second degree attunement further opens you to the Reiki ray. You will be taught how to use Reiki symbols to channel Reiki over a distance and to use it in a more focussed way to change mental and emotional patterns.
The third level initiation is for a Master. This course is taught over a period of time. It includes a third initiation which opens you fully to the Reiki ray, additional symbols for healing, meditation and planetary healing, learning the dragon breath.
For
those interested in teaching Reiki, who have been fully initiated and have
a good understanding of Reiki based on their own practice over a few years,
there is the option to learn how to teach Reiki and carry out initiation
ceremonies.
