Gentle yet deep yoga stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques, stress management, deep relaxation and guided visualisation.
*Preparing for Birth* *with Yoga*	*MONDAY 8:10 to 9:40 pm*	*Expecting Mothers* Gentle yet deep yoga stretches, especially adapted to the needs of mums to be's bodies, breathing and relaxation techniques, stress management, deep relaxation and guided visualisation. The course also covers active birth and labour movements.
*Healing Yoga*	*TUESDAY 8 to 9:30 pm*	Hatha Yoga with a touch of Healing and colour therapy. This class is suitable for all ages and shapes and all levels of fitness. Gentle yet deep yoga stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques, stress management, deep relaxation and guided visualisation.
