| Healing Yoga | MONDAY 6:30 TO 8 pm | Hatha yoga with a touch of healing and colour therapy. This class is suitable for beginners or those who wish to focus on the healing aspect of yoga. Gentle yet deep yoga stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques, stress management, deep relaxation and guided visualisation. |

MONDAY 8:10 to 9:40 pm | Gentle yet deep yoga stretches, especially adapted to the needs of expecting mums'bodies, breathing and relaxation techniques, stress management, deep relaxation, guided visualisation/meditation. Regular partners'class organised to show to the person who will be with you at birth or they can best assist you at that crucial time. A perfect opportunity to step out of your daily routine, stretch,breathe, relax, unwind, meet other mums to be, connect with your body and your baby and prepare for birth in safe, healing and nurturing surroundings. Can safely be attended for the whole pregnancy. |
| De-stress with HealingYoga | TUESDAY 6.40 to 8.10 pm | The focus of this class is on stress management, using yoga as a tool to bring balance and harmony at all levels. |
